What it costs, when it arrives, and exactly how to send it back. The binding legal version is the Widerrufsbelehrung.

The exact shipping cost for your address is shown in the checkout before you pay — there is never a charge added afterwards. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched the next working day. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
We currently ship within the European Union only.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in euros and include German VAT at 19 %. Shipping is added at checkout and always shown before you pay.
Returns — the short version
You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to change your mind, no reason needed. Two things to know before you open it:
- The hygiene seal matters. Every unit ships sealed. While the seal is intact you can return it normally. Once the seal is broken and the unit has been worn, the statutory right of withdrawal ends — a worn hair product cannot be resold (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB).
- Trying it on is fine. You may handle and try the piece as you would in a shop, to check what it is and how it works. That does not cost you the right to return it.
How to return something
- Email hello@hairdone.de with your order number and what you are sending back. A sentence is enough — or use the Muster-Widerrufsformular.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging where possible. You pay the cost of return postage.
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of your proof of postage — whichever reaches us first. That includes the standard outbound shipping you paid.

Something arrived damaged or wrong
That is not a return, it is a fault, and it is on us. Email us within a reasonable time of noticing, with a photo if you can. We pay the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund — your choice. Your statutory warranty rights run for two years and are not affected by anything on this page.
What is not covered
Hair is a natural product. Small variations in shade, density and fall against the product photo are normal and are not a fault. Damage from heat above the stated limit, bleaching, dyeing, brushing a curl pattern out when dry, or contact with chlorinated or salt water is not covered — the care guide covers all of it in four lines.
